123 Albert Street is a commercial office building located in Brisbane’s CBD. Completed in 2011, the building required refurbishment and upgrades to base building lighting and lighting control systems, power infrastructure, and monitoring systems. The works also included a three-level fit-out with switchboard upgrades, all undertaken within a live commercial environment.
Buildcorp engaged Sturdie to deliver all electrical services works within the End of Trip facility as part of the broader refurbishment program.
The scope included the installation of new lighting and power systems to lift lobbies and amenities, integration of existing and new lighting control systems, and the upgrade of house and mechanical submains and switchboards to support improved performance, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
